Building and Facilities Maintenance TechnicianWe are actively seeking Building and Facilities MaintenanceTechnicians for several clients in the Hyde Park area. This is a maintenance/repair job - not a custodian! The Facilities Maintenance Worker will be performing a variety of skilled work as clients are looking for employees every level. this job offer requires a working interview where you would need to bring your own tools to do some repairs for the day to ensure that you have the right qualifications.Job tasks include: » Performing preventative maintenance of buildings » Troubleshooting and repairing minor electrical or plumbing issues » Assembling and/or moving furniture » Maintaining repair equipment » Assisting with snow removal in the winter months The Facilities Maintenance Worker must be able to lift 50lbs, stand on their feet for long periods, have good manual dexterity and strong attention to detail. You will also need to have computer expertise to document completing work orders, and the capability to work along and with a team. This is a temp-to-hire, first shift position, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm. Pay rate is $19-$22.50 per hour depending on verified practice.
