Thermal Processing OperatorThermal Processing OperatorSchedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM Starting Pay: $18.90 per hour We are pursuing a reliable Thermal Processing Operator to join our team. In this function, you’ll be responsible for carefully loading and unloading ferrite products into and out of kilns, while monitoring gauges and recording data accurately. The function requires working in a high-temperature environment and handling various weights of up to 35 pounds. Thermal Processing Operator Responsibilities: » Follow precise procedures for loading and unloading kilns » Accurately record and document data, including temperature and other measurements » Perform necessary physical tasks, such as lifting, pushing, and pulling » Maintain a consistent attendance record and adhere to safety and operational guidelines Thermal Processing Operator Qualifications required » High school diploma (or GED) preferred, or 3-6 months of significant practice » Basic math proficiency (such as weight conversion and measurement to thousandths of an inch with calipers and micrometers) » practice with machinery, grinders, or presses is valuable » capability to read, understand, and follow both written and verbal instructions » Physical capability to work in hot conditions Ideal candidates have a solid attendance history, a careful approach to following instructions, and practice in a production environment.
