POSITION :  Special Education Teacher
  (2.0 FTE)
LOCATION(S):   CTI
 
tasks: Perform related teaching tasks as required
 
QUALIFICATIONS :  Students with Disabilities 5 – 9 extension preferred.  Candidates with dual certification in General /Special Education grades 7 – 12 encouraged to apply.
 
Teaching Adaptive everyday Living expertise, include teaching content areas:  English, Math, Science, and Social Studies.  Secondary Teacher – with practice in Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), behavior management, a background in social/emotion and cognitive teaching.  The work includes the use of evidence-located assessment and intervention practices in the avoidance, assessment, intervention and program design efforts that are integrated within the school.
