Call Center RepresentativeOur call center is seeking a highly motivated and reliable Call Center Representative to join our team in Poughkeepsie, NY. The prosperous candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing customer service and support, and resolving customer issues.Job employment Type: Temporary with the possibility to go permanent Pay Range: $17 - $22 per hour Schedule: Flexible schedule; open 7am – 5:30pm, could be 4-day with 10-hour shifts or traditional 5-day 8-hour shift Call Center Representative Qualifications required » Previous call center, retail, or medical admin practice required » Excellent verbal and written communication expertise » Strong problem-solving expertise » capability to multitask and work under pressure » Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other significant software applications » High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred Call Center Representative Responsibilities: » Answering and making calls in a professional and timely manner » Providing excellent customer service and support » Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues » Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions » Providing feedback on customer satisfaction and service issues » Communicating with other team members to ensure customer needs are met We offer a competitive income range of $17 - $22 per hour, with a flexible schedule that can accommodate a variety of lifestyles.
