I'm with the Band!Administrative StaffAdministrative Staff opening at John Keal Music! John Keal Music specializes in school band and orchestra sales and service. Established in 1930, we have become a familar name with generations of families whose children play in school bands and orchestras. Our administrative staff keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes! We are an 3-4 person ofiice with a full time opening on our team. While each member of our staff has specific tasks, we all share certain tasks. Cross training allows each member to step in and help out according to the work load. We maintain the family atmosphere that was established by the Keal family with a level of professionalism found in larger companies.tasks include: answering phones & directing calls, posting rental payments & preparing deposits preparing billing calling on past due accounts processing new orders processing instrument return/exchange paperwork filing This job includes paid holiday, sick & vacation time, 401K and health benefits.
