The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, broad knowledge of ERP systems, and a proven track record in managing financial processes. this function requires familiarity with audit procedures, general ledger maintenance, financial statement preparation, A/P coding, P&L analysis, and effective team management. Accounting Manager / Staff Accountant Qualifications required » Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degree or CPA certification is a plus. » Proven accounting practice, preferably in a fast-paced and growing organization. » Strong knowledge of ERP systems, with the capability to leverage technology to streamline financial processes. » Solid knowledge of audit procedures, general ledger maintenance, and financial reporting requirements. » Proficiency in financial analysis, including P&L analysis and budgeting. » Excellent attention to detail, analytical expertise, and problem-solving abilities. » Strong organizational and time management expertise to handle a high volume of transactions and meet deadlines. » Effective communication and leadership abilities expertise to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present financial information to management. » Strong practice in Excel and Reconciliation a must Accounting Manager / Staff Accountant Responsibilities: Financial Management: » supervise day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and significant regulations. » Manage a high volume of transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, to maintain efficient financial workflows. » Perform regular financial analysis, identify trends, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making by senior management. General Ledger and Financial Reporting: » Maintain and reconcile the general ledger to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data. » Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, earnings statements, and cash flow statements, to provide accurate and timely financial reports to management. Audit and Compliance: » Collaborate with internal and external auditors during financial audits, ensuring adherence to audit guidelines and timely resolution of any identified issues. » Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies. ERP Systems Management: » supervise and maintain the company's ERP system, ensuring data integrity and efficiency in financial processes. » Lead efforts to optimize and enhance the ERP system to meet the organization's evolving needs. A/P Coding and Invoice Processing: » Manage the accounts payable function, ensuring accurate coding and processing of invoices, timely payments, and resolution of payment discrepancies. Profit and Loss (P&L) Analysis: » Conduct regular P&L analysis to assess financial performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support budgeting and forecasting processes.
