Listing description The Test Center Proctor will have the responsibility of administering scheduled tests at testing center locations at both campuses under the direction of the Testing Center Manager. The Proctor maintains a varied work schedule, including evenings, the possibility of one Saturday a month as required, and as needed to provide office coverage. Schedule may vary all over the year depending on the volume of test takers and office needs. General Requirements: Education Required: High School Diploma or GED practice Required: Two years administrative work in an office environment; demonstrated proficiency using standard office software applications and strong verbal and written communication expertise. Preferred expertise, expertise, Abilities and Worker Characteristics: » Associate's degree » Two years administrative work in a testing environment or in a related field » Basic expertise in operating computers and hardware including assistive technology » Community college or higher education practice » capability to effectively establish and maintain working relationship with supervising personnel, coworkers, all constituents and the public » Perform well under pressure, within time constraints, with a high degree of accuracy, diplomacy and confidentiality » capability to manage multiple projects » Must be able to travel between the college's two campuses and other sites » Bilingual expertise Additional Information: Deadline for Applying: Applications continue to be accepted until prosperous candidate has been identified.
