Job Summary The Accounts Payable Operations Coordinator will process invoices for payment, facilitate banking actions, collaborate with Procurement Services to resolve Supplier issues, collaborate with E-Business to facilitate supplier onboarding, assist the Travel Compliance Specialist with travel related items as assigned, and assist campus and suppliers with questions or issue resolution, in conformity with Institute policies and procedures. Minimum Qualifications » High School/Equivalent » Five (5) or more years of related practice, resulting in the following: » Proficiency with MS Office and other financial software » capability to work effectively with high degree of accuracy » Consistent demonstration of effective customer service expertise significant combinations of education, training and practice may be considered.
