The ideal candidate has retail practice in footwear or apparel , strong customer service expertise, and a desire to grow with a long-standing business. Retail Sales Associate Responsibilities: » Greet and assist customers in a full-service shoe fitting environment » Recommend footwear located on customer needs and fit » Handle in-store and phone inquiries with accuracy and professionalism » Manage point-of-sale transactions and operate the cash register » Restock and organize merchandise and inventory » Support store operations including opening and closing procedures » Maintain a clean and inviting retail environment Retail Sales Associate Qualifications required » 3 - 5 years of practice in retail (shoes or clothing preferred) » Strong communication and customer service expertise » practice with POS systems , cash handling, and store procedures » capability to take direction and work as part of a team » Available to work Saturdays » Retail merchandising or hospitality practice is a plus If you’re looking for a long-term retail career in a customer-first setting, we’d love to meet you.
