Day Hab Registered Nurse (RN)listing title: Day Hab Registered Nurse (RN)Locations: Pleasant Valley, NY & Saugerties, NY Pay Rate: $40 per hour Schedule: Monday to Friday (Flexible First Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) Job employment Type: Temporary to Hire We are pursuing dedicated and compassionate Day Hab Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team in Pleasant Valley and Saugerties, NY . In this function, you will support individuals in a Day Habilitation program, ensuring they receive top-notch care and assistance with their health needs. Key Responsibilities: » Provide nursing care to individuals with developmental disabilities in a Day Hab setting » Conduct health assessments, administer medications, and provide necessary treatments » Monitor and document health conditions and communicate updates to the care team » Collaborate with staff to ensure a safe and supportive environment » Provide health education and counseling to individuals and their families » Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and program policies General Requirements: » Valid RN license in New York State » Previous practice working with individuals with developmental disabilities or in a similar setting preferred » Strong organizational and communication expertise » capability to work independently and as part of a team » Flexibility to work first-shift hours, Monday to Friday This is a temporary to hire opportunity, offering a flexible first-shift schedule.
