As a Medical adjunct, you will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have previous practice working in a medical office, and be expertiseable in areas such as medical terminology, patient assessment, and basic medical procedures. Medical adjunct Key Responsibilities: » Greet patients and escort them to exam rooms » Obtain and record vital signs and medical histories » Assist with medical procedures and treatments as directed by healthcare professionals » Administer medications and injections as directed » Prepare and maintain patient records and other documentation » Respond to patient inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner » Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of exam rooms and medical equipment » Perform other related tasks as assigned.
