Our team is seeking an Office Manager to join us in Goshen, NY. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of office management practice, preferably in the manufacturing or construction industries. Office Manager Qualifications required » Proven practice in office management (2-5 years preferred). » Background in manufacturing or construction is a strong advantage. » Proficiency with office management tools and systems, including ERP platforms. » Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication expertise. » capability to lead and manage staff effectively in a fast-paced environment. Office Manager Responsibilities: » supervise the day-to-day operations and staff functions of the office. » Provide administrative and secretarial support to executive leadership abilities. » Handle everyday banking tasks and mail management. » Manage and optimize the company’s digital communication platforms. » Facilitate recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees. » Supervise employee scheduling and coordinate performance evaluations. » Assist the President with administration of the company’s 401(k) plan. » Manage various employee insurance programs, including workers' compensation, medical, dental, and life insurance.
