The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling high-quality electronic products efficiently and accurately, ensuring they meet our stringent standards. Electronics Assembler Required expertise & practice: » capability to read and understand internal procedures and policies. » Follow through on verbal and written instructions. » Team-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement. » Communicate courteously and professionally at all organizational levels. » Mechanical proficiency. » Strong math, time management, and computer expertise. » capability to work in a casual clean room environment. » Comfortable working near moving mechanical parts on cable reelers. » capability to move and/or lift up to 50 lbs. with instruction on safe lifting practices. » Frequently required to walk, sit, and use hands and hand tools. Electronics Assembler Responsibilities: » Produce high-quality products within set timeframes. » Take ownership of assigned tasks, performing mechanical inspections and basic continuity testing before submitting work for final approval. » Demonstrate precision in detail-oriented tasks and accuracy with numbers and part numbers. » Communicate effectively with the team leader to continually improve assembly line quality. » Ensure finished products are free of microscopic contamination, residual glue, process slurry, and diamond particles from lapping films. » Work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
