This is an excellent opportunity for someone with practice in both QuickBooks and construction to showcase their expertise in a dynamic and growing environment. Construction Bookkeeper General Requirements: » Previous practice as a bookkeeper, preferably in the construction industry » Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel » Strong attention to detail and accuracy » Excellent organizational and time management expertise » capability to work independently and as part of a team » Strong communication and interpersonal expertise » expertise of construction terminology and processes is highly desirable Construction Bookkeeper Responsibilities: » Manage all aspects of accounts payable and receivable » Process payroll accurately and efficiently » Maintain organized financial records for multiple construction projects » Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions » Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting » Generate reports for management as needed » Ensure compliance with all accounting standards and regulations If you are a self-motivated individual with a passion for numbers and a desire to grow in the construction industry, we want to hear from you!
