Adams offers paid vacation time, paid personal/sick leave and paid holidays, allowing you to spend Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Easter & more with your loved ones. this job offer requires at least 2-3 years of management and greenhouse practice. candidates must have the capability to hire and develop staff, and analyze product costs. This is a hands-on management position. Saturday or Sunday hours are required, as well as some evenings. During peak season, you should be available to work 6 days a week.
