Civil Litigation ParalegalOur client near Newburgh is seeking a Civil Litigation Paralegal to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity.The Civil Litigation Paralegal must have: » 2-3 years of practice as a Litigation Paralegal » Familiarity with legal procedures, protocols and the court system » Trust and Estate/Surrogate Court practice preferred » Excellent organization and time management expertise » Proficiency with MS Word and Excel Civil Litigation Paralegal job tasks include: » Supporting litigation attorneys in filing court petitions and responsive briefs » Mailing and responding to documents as needed » Keeping case files confidential and organized » Maintaining calendar for multiple attorneys Our client is seeking someone who can come in full time and make a great addition to their team. You must maintain the utmost level of professionalism and confidentiality in this function as it deals with highly sensitive information. Pay rate is $55,000-$60,000 per year.
