Under direct supervision perform various types of clerical work, which may include: maintaining files, messenger tasks, typing, operating office machines and miscellaneous office tasks as assigned. What does it take to be a Junior Clerk? Required: » A High School diploma or equivalency diploma » capability to sort and deliver mail via a cart, lifting and various other mailroom tasks » The capability to type, use a personal computer, telephone and other typical office equipment » expertise of Microsoft Word and Excel » capability to be flexible to a changing work environment and be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal expertise » Valid driver’s license Preferred: » Associates degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field of study » Secretarial, business and/or accounting clerical practice Applications will be accepted until December 20, 2023 .
