This unique function combines traditional warehouse tasks with hands-on technical services, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a dynamic work environment. Responsibilities: Warehousing: » Receive and process incoming inventory. » Perform inventory put-aways, palletizing, and depalletizing. » Pick, pack, and ship orders with accuracy. » Manage returns by accepting, processing, and consolidating items to be returned to customers. Technical Services: » Test and refurbish laptops, cell phones, and tablets. » Use a user-friendly system to guide the testing and refurbishment process. » Follow documented procedures to ensure quality and consistency. » Determine whether items should be resold or scrapped. Warehouse Support General Requirements: » capability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally. » practice using pallet jacks, rolling inventory carts, and small carts. » Must wear steel-toed boots. » Strong attention to detail and capability to follow processes.
