Department LeadsDepartment Leads – Woodstock, NYWe are pursuing practiced Department Leads to supervise everyday operations and drive excellence in customer service, team leadership abilities, and product management. This is an opportunity for individuals with strong managerial practice to lead key store departments, including Front End and Meat & Seafood . Position & Pay: »Pay: $19 - $20/hr. »Full-time position with flexible scheduling. » Must be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Department Lead Qualifications required » Previous practice in retail, grocery, or food service management. » Strong leadership abilities and communication expertise. » capability to multitask, stay organized, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment. » practice with inventory management, scheduling, and staff development. » Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. General Department Lead tasks: » supervise everyday department operations, ensuring efficiency and high service standards. » Provide leadership abilities, training, and mentorship to department staff. » Maintain quality control, organization, and proper merchandising of department products. » Monitor and manage inventory levels, ordering stock as necessary. » Ensure compliance with health, safety, and store policies. » Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally. » Collaborate with other departments to optimize store operations. » Develop and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
