The Associate Director assists the Executive Director in providing leadership abilities and managerial oversight of the clinical functions of the Student Health Center. this job offer will also assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures. Minimum Qualifications » An MD or DO Degree from an accredited institution » License to practice in New York State » Board Certification or Eligibility(or equivalent practice) in Internal Medicine, Family Practice, Pediatrics or Emergency Medicine with a minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible practice in the practice of medicine » Eligibility for assignment under the credentialing process outlined in the student Health Service By-laws » Training, licensure and practice in dealing with a wide variety of primary care medical conditions and illnesses candidates must meet stated education and practice requirements. Minimum expertise, expertise, and Abilities » Requires strong clinical expertise and judgment » Requires strong communication skill » Requires demonstrated capability to supervise the staff Shift Business Hours with weekends or evenings occasionally required TravelNo travel Driving No Driving Starting income/Rate Expected hiring range: $190,000 - $210,000 Pay transparency disclosure: The selected candidate's income will be determined located on factors that include the available budget, internal equity, and the final candidate's qualifications, practice, education and other job-related credentials.
