Job Summary
The Operations adjunct in the Division of Human Resources is responsible for the upkeep and archiving of all employee personnel files, and other records as requested. The Operations adjunct also prepares and retrieves records for internal and external audit. As a member of the Division of Human Resources team, this person will provide general administrative support to members of the Division including copying, collating, faxing, and preparing information packets. The Operations adjunct will also assist with providing ad hoc front reception in person coverage to include answering phone calls and directing visitors.

Minimum Qualifications
   » High school graduate or equivalent
   » expertise of basic office and administrative software such as MS Office.
   » practice working in an office setting.
   » Previous clerical practice.
   » practice working with file-keeping.

Shift
Business Hours: Seeking part time 20 Hours a week.  Shift is flexible between the hours of Monday - Friday 8:30AM - 5:00PM
This is a one year fixed term opportunity
