Production TechnicianProduction TechnicianJob location: Pawling, NY Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM Pay: $18–$20/hour (located on practice) Status: Temp-to-Hire About the function: We are pursuing motivated Production Technicians to join our team. this function offers a variety of hands-on opportunities across departments, including machine operation, material handling, and quality assurance. The ideal candidate is adaptable and eager to lgain new expertise in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Production Technician Responsibilities: » Operate basic machinery and use hand tools to vulcanize products. » Conduct product testing and quality assurance checks. » Grind imperfections and prepare products for shipping. » Handle materials and move products all over the facility manually or with carts. » Pack and prepare products for shipment while ensuring quality standards. Production Technician Qualifications required » capability to stand for up to 10 hours per day. » Physical capcapability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly. » availability to work in a high-temperature environment. » Previous practice in manufacturing or production is a plus but not required.
