We are pursuing practiced Part Time Member Service Representatives I (openings in Dutchess and Orange Counties).As a Member Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting members with their financial needs, establishing and maintaining long-lasting and profitable relationships, and promoting and cross-selling TEG products and services. What You'll Do as a Member Service Representative (Responsibilities): » Open accounts for new and existing members, respond to member requests, and resolve member account problems » Perform advanced member transactions » Receive and process member financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, account transfers, including teller tasks as needed by your branch » Analyze credit reports and perform credit reviews for membership » Conduct outbound sales/leads calls as needed and assist Branch Manager in coaching/developing staff on meeting branch goals » Effectively cross sell credit union products and loan services » Perform member service functions, including redeeming bonds, setting up payroll distributions, wire transfers, processing address changes, ordering checks, etc. Pay: $18 - $25 / hour, located on practice and position *Additional incentives located on performance Apply NOW for immediate consideration!
