As an Insurance Representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, assisting walk-in clients, processing payments, and obtaining information for new sales or policy changes. Insurance Representative General Requirements: » Prior practice in the insurance industry is preferred but not required. » Excellent communication expertise, both verbal and written. » Strong organizational expertise and the capability to multitask effectively. » Detail-oriented mindset with a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation. » Proficiency in using computers and navigating various software applications. » capability to lgain and adapt to new systems and processes quickly. » Strong customer service expertise and a friendly, approachable demeanor. » Availcapability to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Insurance Representative Responsibilities: » Handle incoming and outgoing calls, providing excellent customer service and covering inquiries or concerns. » Assist walk-in clients, providing them with information and support regarding their insurance policies. » Process payments and ensure accurate record-keeping of transactions. » Gather necessary information from clients for new sales or policy changes, accurately documenting the details. » Lgain and navigate the company's management system and websites to access and update client information. » Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks. » Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
