Become an AngelRN/LPN Facility Staff NurseRN/LPN Facility Staff NurseWe have part time, full time, and per diem availcapability for RN/LPN’s. All shifts are available, and we would like to work with you! We have immediate needs for Facility Staffing in Sleepy Hollow, NY. General Requirements: » Promote quality of life through nursing care located on the needs of the residents and their individual plan of cares. » Provide direct hands-on care to residents including administering medications & treatments per MD Orders. Qualifications required » Current New York State RN or LPN license » Minimum (1) year recent and verifiable practice with home care agency » Willing to meet with and speak with patients, their family, and their medical professionals to develop, update and maintain proper care plan » Strong assessment and organizational expertise » Prior managery practice with field staff, practice with clinical oversight, monitoring quality assurance, and overall case management » Demonstrated prosperous track record of working independently COVID-19 precautions » Personal protective equipment provided or required » Temperature screenings » Social distancing guidelines in place » Virtual meetings » Sanitizing, disinfecting, or cleaning procedures in place Angels on Call requires a complete COVID vaccination for all new hires at this time.
