SUNY Orange is currently seeking a full-time Coordinator of Enrollment Management to join the Student Services Division.
The Coordinator of Enrollment Management supports the enrollment and on-boarding activities of the Student Services Division by coordinating admissions messages and drip campaigns to prospective students, candidates and new admits. The Coordinator, in coordination with Enrollment Management managers, manages the Chatbot, Dashboard, queueing software and serves as the webmaster for the departments of the division. In addition, the Coordinator of Enrollment Management prepares weekly, monthly and annual reports to measure the effectiveness of various enrollment strategies and student utilization of services. The Coordinator of Enrollment Management will also use technology such as CRMS, Chatbots, Dashboards and the SIS systems to support student enrollment and will be responsible for the oversight and maintenance of the communication software and tools used within the division. this job offer will also work with managers to collect and compile enrollment and assessment data and reports, organize and deliver training and support those offices responsible for assisting students as they navigate the enrollment process. The Coordinator of Enrollment Management will report to the AVP of Enrollment Management and Student Financial Services.
this job offer will also assist in the management of Student Services Central in the absence of the Director.

General Requirements:

Education Required: Bachelor's degree.
practice Required: A minimum of three years of work practice in an office setting gathering data,
preparing reports and presentations and managing websites/social media platforms. Demonstrated capability to utilize and lgain software products and tools; excellent organizational, verbal and written communication expertise;
proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred expertise, expertise, Abilities and Worker Characteristics:
   » Community college or higher education practice.
   » capability to effectively establish and maintain working relationships with supervising personnel, coworkers, all constituents and the public.
   » Perform well under pressure, within time constraints, with a high degree of accuracy, diplomacy and confidentiality.
   » capability to coordinate work flow while dealing with multiple projects and deadlines.
   » capability to present complex information and data in coherent fashion.
   » Must be able to travel between the college's two campuses and other sites.
   » Bilingual expertise.

income: $46,705-$61,884 per annum, commensurate with practice.
This is a 12 month Staff and Chair, Grade 40 position.
