Speech Therapist Responsibilities: » Provide speech therapy services to individuals with a variety of communication and swallowing disorders. » Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. » Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient and student progress. » Maintain accurate documentation using designated software programs. Speech Therapist General Requirements: » Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (preferred). » Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). » practice working with specific disorders and various age groups. » Proficiency with documentation software systems.
