Clinician/Social Worker, ResidentialPOSITION OVERVIEWResidential Clinician - Schenectady RTCParsons Residential is seeking an practiced, full-time Clinician out of our Schenectady office. The main responsibilities of this function are to lead the clinical team and provide individual and group sessions to the youth and their families being served by the residential program. The caseload is 7 families and the RTF has launched a pilot wraparound project that enhances the practice for the families served. While work is primarily performed in the office setting, some work is also completed in community settings (including in the home). In addition to the Clinician, the clinical team consists of Case Managers, the child, family, legal guardian, psychiatrist, nurse, psychologist, educators, child care staff, and other providers. The collective goal is to provide trauma-informed care and work toward achieving permanency for the youth.
