Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities
   » Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or in person in a professional and timely manner.
   » Resolve customer complaints and issues by providing effective solutions and alternatives.
   » Provide detailed information about company products, services, policies, and processes.
   » Assist customers with placing orders, tracking deliveries, processing returns, and handling account-related questions.
   » Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company's database or CRM system.
   » Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate team or department as necessary.
   » Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
   » Monitor and gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
   »Education : High School Diploma or equivalent (required); an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
   »practice :
   » Prior practice in customer service, call centers, or related functions is preferred.
   » practice with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) is advantageous.
   »expertise :
   » Strong verbal and written communication expertise.
   » Active listening and problem-solving abilities.
   » Excellent time management and multitasking expertise.
   » Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar tools.
