What We’re Looking For (Qualifications): » 3-5 years of mortgage processing/ lending practice » practice with Conventional financing, FHA/VA, Home Equity Lines of Credit, Home Equity fixed loans » Familiar with AUS findings » expertise of TRID and mortgage related compliance » Excellent customer service and member relationship expertise What’s In It For You? What You’ll Do as the Senior Mortgage Loan Processor (Responsibilities): » Review residential loan application files; verify application data is complete and meets bank standards; calculate earnings to secondary market guidelines » Follow up with borrowers and third parties to gather additional documents as needed » Clearly document all communication within loan origination system (LOS) » Submit mortgage application files for underwriting decision » Send borrower the commitment, counteroffer or denial, and communicate with borrower on remaining conditions » Work with underwriting, sales, and closing to ensure a positive borrower practice » Contact employer to verify accuracy of earnings and information and call specified companies to obtain title and appraisal » Accurately redisclose files within acceptable TRID guidelines » Additional tasks as assigned Pay: $24 - $28 / hour, located on practice Apply NOW for immediate consideration!
