Licensed Practical Nurse General Requirements: » Minimum of 6 months of significant work practice » Valid NYS LPN License » Current CPR Certification » Medical malpractice insurance Licensed Practical Nurse tasks and Responsibilities: » Conduct thorough screenings for patients requesting services, either in person or over the phone. » Accurately document patient conditions and track their progress. » Administer and closely monitor all medications prescribed by physicians. » Coordinate emergency care promptly when necessary. Shifts/Schedule: this job offer offers a per diem arrangement, with opportunities for up to 40 hours per week. We have a variety of shifts available to accommodate your preferences!
