Job Summary The Program Manager provides leadership abilities, support, and coordination of the School of Engineering pre-college education and outreach programs. The manager will lead student outreach groups, including the Engineering Ambassadors, will partner with faculty, research centers, and other entities to develop and deliver outreach, and will develop and implement new outreach activities as needed. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and three (3) years directly related work practice to include work in an academic setting in a management, planning and coordination function involving multiple constituencies. Candidates must be currently employed in a staff position at Rensselaer's School of Engineering, and must meet eligibility requirements as described in the HR policy guidelines. significant combinations of education, training and practice may be considered. Shift Business Hours: Monday - Friday TravelOccasional overnight travel may be required(10% or less) Driving No Driving Starting income/Rate Expected hiring range: $58,000 - $80,000 Pay transparency disclosure: The selected candidate's income will be determined located on factors that include the available budget, internal equity, and the final candidate's qualifications, practice, education and other job-related credentials.
