Custodian - Direct Hire!Custodian – Direct Hire!Job location: Direct Hire, Full-Time Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Pay Rate: $20–$21/hour Level: Entry-level, with opportunities for promotion We’re looking for a reliable Custodian to join our team! This is a steady, low-pressure function with simple everyday tasks and a supportive environment. One key part of the job will be operating a Zamboni-style floor scrubber in the afternoons. Custodian General Requirements: » High school diploma or equivalent » Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record » capability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, reach overhead, and work on ladders » Comfortable wearing PPE like dust masks, respirators, and safety glasses when required Custodian Responsibilities: » Empty trash and move refuse to dumpsters » Vacuum dirt and rust from floors, walls, and equipment » Mop and clean floors using cleaning solutions and floor machines » Keep breakroom and bathroom areas clean and sanitized » Maintain and clean windows, sinks, drinking fountains, and eyewash stations » Keep cleaning tools and equipment in good condition » Complete everyday cleaning logs and preventive maintenance forms » Take on other tasks as needed If you’re looking for a reliable, hands-on function with room to grow, we’d love to hear from you!
