Your function: As Branch Manager, you will own the everyday performance and culture of your branch. You’ll be entrusted with full operational responsibility, empowered to make decisions, and expected to develop your team, deliver results, and drive a high-impact member practice. Key Responsibilities: » Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing branch team to exceed service and performance goals. » Take full ownership of everyday branch operations, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and a member-first culture. » Identify opportunities for team development, operational improvements, and growth in line with organizational goals. » Provide mentorship, performance feedback, and continuing coaching to staff at all levels. » Promote a positive, can-do culture where challenges are embraced and continuous learning is expected. What You Bring: » 3+ years of branch management or managery practice in banking or credit unions. » A proven track record of team development, operational leadership abilities, and performance execution. » Excellent communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking expertise. » A passion for leadership abilities, service, and taking ownership of results. » Alignment with our values of integrity, excellence, and professional growth.
