Job Summary The Executive Housekeeper performs a variety of housekeeping tasks for the residence of the President of Rensselaer in conformity with established standards and procedures. The executive housekeeper will periodically inventory supplies and equipment; investigate new and improved cleaning instruments and make recommendations to the House manager. This is a part-time position: Three (3) days a week, 10am-4pm. Adjustments to this schedule will be considered for the right person. Minimum Qualifications • HS Diploma or equivalent preferred • Demonstrated reliable work history • One year practice in professional/residential cleaning services including training to operate cleaning machines candidates must meet stated minimum education and practice requirements. Minimum expertise, expertise, and Abilities • capability to follow instructions, use cleaning materials manuals, operate power equipment, and handle sanitizing agents. • capability to ensure privacy, confidentiality and discretion in all interactions at the President's residence • capability to work in a team environment and communicate with other employees, faculty, and students in campus community • capability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic Application instructions Follow the on-screen prompts to create a brief online profile.
