Training Project MgrJOB DESCRIPTIONPOSITION SUMMARYthis job offer will manage various community grants and contracts for SATRI. Additionally, this job offer will supervise training staff.ESSENTIAL tasks AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other tasks may be assigned. » Manage and coordinate the marketing, scheduling, billing, and collections for new and current external training contracts, including those through school districts, local voluntary agencies, public service entities, colleges, universities, and other community located programs » Serve as the primary point of contact for grant funders in matters of programmatic, fiscal, and reporting needs as required per the contract including but not limited to: arranging, scheduling, and tracking training sessions; collecting attendance from training sessions; scheduling and coordinating meetings; creating, collecting, and analyzing attendee data » Provide supervision to assigned SATRI trainers and/or regional coaches, providing them with the expertise, expertise, and tools necessary to execute their job responsibilities » Review various SATRI contracts and agreements for the provision of training/services/consultation » Assist in the development, organization and coordination of statewide training contracts » Assist in the provision of appropriate in-service training for staff members and community partners » Assist in the monitoring of contract deliverables and ensure deadlines are met » Manage all required documentation, including collaboration with agency departments for managing contracts, submitting reports, etc. » Assist in the development and compliance of the Program budgets » Participate in all state level collaborative activities between stakeholders » Engage regional local government units and voluntary foster care agencies to foster the development of a robust regional coaching network » Participate in the development of products, including needs assessment, general standards, internal and external training curriculum, and development and delivery of targeted trainings as needed » Attend all necessary trainings, symposiums and conferences each year » Collaborate with stakeholders on all matters necessary » Communicate in support of effective statewide collaboration » Coordinate regional participation in statewide needs assessments EDUCATION and/or practice Requires a Bachelors degree and at least five years of practice, or a Masters degree and at least two years of practice. Requires practice and/or expertise of the fields of Human Services, Child Welfare, or Elementary Education. practice managing a program, business unit, and/or contracts desired. QualificationsSkills:
