A prosperous candidate for this job offer would be a creative and enthusiastic individual who is committed to helping children with emotional and mental health challenges. The function requires local travel to provide home and community-located work with children and families in their communities providing a core of services to ensure success. This may include a variety of rehabilitative services like non-licensed counseling andsupport for youth and family, skill building, peer support, caregiver support and advocacy, pre-vocational services and respite. Northern Rivers is designated to provide CFTSS and HCBS services in multiple counties, stretching from Otsego through the capital region up to the northern counties of Franklin and Essex. We are seeking for candidates in all regions of our service area. Compensation-Per Diem rate, Level 1 services $23/hr, level 2 services $32/hr Essential tasks and Responsibilities » Providing services located on the child's needs as identified in the Treatment Plan; » Coordinating with the child and caregiver on the scheduling and provision of services; » Working with family members to identify goals and objectives of treatment; » Facilitating service provision and attending significant meetings as required; » Completing all documentation as required.
