Residential Manager The Residential Manager is a member of the Residential Management Team! In this job offer, you will use discretion and independent judgement to supervise and manage the operations of the assigned residential program. The Residential Manager is responsible for staff supervision, ensuring the safe and therapeutic care of the residents, and ensuring the effective delivery of habilitative services in conformity with Gateway's goals and certifying regulations including OMH/HUD. Residential managers are responsible for oversight of the implementation of individualized service plans for each resident. You will be supervise medication administration, be responsible for ensuring the provisions of care are directly related to the individualized plan of nursing services for residents, and direct the work of program staff and delegates tasks as appropriate.
