Job Summary
The Curatorial Project Manager serves as the pivot point between the EMPAC curatorial team, production teams, and administrative teams to realize artists' activities as developed by the curators. As member of the curatorial team, manage curatorial projects in the coordination and integration of administrative, production, technical, and logistical requirements. Projects include, among others, short and long-term residencies, commissions, productions, performances, presentations, workshops, and installations. Coordinate venue scheduling and production resource allocation across curatorial projects, also in collaboration with the management of EMPAC venue use by campus and external clients.

Minimum Qualifications
   » Bachelor's degree
   » 5 years professional practice with technical arts/media, productions, or promotion and management of multi-
media events
   » significant combinations of education, training and practice may be considered.

Preferred Qualifications
   » MFA preferred 

Minimum Knowledge, expertise, and Abilities
   » Demonstrated competency in communicating technical frameworks and artistic concepts between technical and artistic personnel involved in multi-disciplinary events.
   » Demonstrated practical and conceptual knowledge of technology involved in video and audio presentations.
   » Demonstrated practice in promoting events.
   » capability to foster an inclusive environment and work with a diverse population
   » managery expertise
