Job Summary
The adjunct Director for Undergraduate Admissions is responsible for the identification, invitation and enrollment of students into Rensselaer's educational community. The adjunct Director may be assigned a geographical region, a school, a program or an area to develop and implement. In addition, this job offer will develop and build relationships with community colleges, including their faculty and staff to help build a pipeline of potential transfer students, and educate faculty, staff and students on transfer requirements and transfer opportunities at Rensselaer. The adjunct Director will conduct in-person and virtual information sessions, travel to college fairs or college-located information sessions; and participate in the planning and execution of on-campus events.

Minimum Qualifications
   » Bachelor's degree in related field
   » Two (2) years of professional practice to include demonstrated excellence in customer service, strong computing expertise, and practice interacting with the public
   » Valid driver's license

Shift
Business Hours with weekends or evenings occasionally required

TravelRegular overnight travel is required (up to 25%)

Starting income/Rate
Expected hiring range: $58,700 - $60,000
Pay transparency disclosure: The selected candidate's income will be determined located on factors that include the available budget, internal equity, and the final candidate's qualifications, practice, education and other job-related credentials. This hiring range is provided as Rensselaer's good faith estimate of the expected hiring range at the time of posting.
