Responsibilities and tasks » tasks include anything from painting, drywall, light maintenance tasks, and pool maintenance. Snow removal in winter months (both shovel and snowblower) » Paint turn-overs in a neat and timely manner and make any necessary repairs » Perform routine preventative maintenance » Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion » Maintain material and supply inventory » Adhere to all safety policies and procedures Qualifications and expertise MUST prosperously pass a pre-employment reference check and background check » Please specify on your resume your painting/maintenance practice » MUST have valid Illinois Drivers License, vehicle insurance and dependable vehicle » capability to handle physical workload » Strong problem solving and critical thinking expertise » Deadline and detail-oriented Benefits Medical.
