We also have some preferences for candidates who can teach environmental economics. this job offer falls under the following Journal of Economic Literature (JEL) classifications: D - Microeconomics G - Finance H - Public Economics I - Health, Education, and Welfare J - Labor and Demographic Economics L - Industrial Organization M - Business Administration and Business Economics, Marketing, Accounting, Personnel Economics O3 - Innovation, Research and Development, Technological Change, Intellectual Property Rights Q5 - Environmental Economics The prosperous applicant should have a Ph.D. by September 1, 2025, an established record of teaching excellence, a strong research program, and will be able to teach Introduction to Economics, Intermediate Microeconomics, or Econometrics as well as elective courses related to their specialization. About the Economics Department: Our teaching load is six courses over three ten-week terms, up to two of which may take the form of supervision of undergraduate theses.
