Join a Great Team!Project Manager / OwnerFasTrax Solutions is currently seeking an exceptionally organized, self-motivated, and enthusiastic project manager/owner to join their team in their Rock Hill, NY location. For this job offer, the right candidate will be superviseing the projects of three point of sale (POS) solutions offered by FTx POS: FTx Digital Signage, FTx AdPro, and FTx Uplift. They will be responsible for planning and superviseing all aspects of the projects and ensuring they are completed on time within budget and within scope. Furthermore, they will be preparing budgets, monitoring progress, and keeping stakeholders informed the entire way. this job offer also entails setting deadlines, delegating project responsibilities to other team members, and preparing reports for upper management in regards to the status of a project. The right candidate will also be regularly coordinating with other departments to ensure all aspects of a project are compatible, running smoothly, and on schedule.In this job offer, the right candidate will be responsible for: » Determining and defining scope and objectives » Predicting resources needed to reach objectives and managing resources in an effective and efficient manner » Assessing potential risks within a project by performing risk analysis and then implementing risk responses to maintain and monitor risks in an Agile environment » Preparing a budget located on scope of work and resource requirements, and tracking project costs in order to meet the required budget » Establishing and superviseing a detailed project schedule and work plan » Providing project updates on a frequent basis to various stakeholders regarding strategy, adjustments, and deliverables » Managing contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables » Monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed » Measuring project performance using appropriate project management tools to determine areas for improvement Qualifications » Familiarity with working in the project management sector or a similar function » Strong expertise of project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices » The capability to lead and guide teams to meet project deliverables all over the lifecycle of a project in an Agile environment » Exceptional analytical expertise and a proven capability to deal with problems creatively » The capability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline » Excellent written and verbal communication expertise and presentation expertise » Strong interpersonal expertise and the capability to be extremely resourceful » A team player who possesses a positive energy » Scrum Master Certification is a plus » expertise of e-commerce and Loyalty is a plus Benefits » Health Benefits » Dental Benefits » Vision Benefits » Vacation Time » PTO » The option to work in the house due to weather or hardships Schedule » Monday to Friday income $60,000 - $80,000 annually located on practice To apply please send your CV to alicia@goftx.com Skills:
