Receptionist General Requirements: » Minimum of three years of proven practice as a Receptionist or similar function. » Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). » Excellent verbal and written communication expertise. » Exceptional interpersonal abilities with a friendly and approachable attitude. » capability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. » Detail-oriented with strong organizational expertise. » Demonstrated problem-solving expertise and a proactive approach to challenges. » Punctuality and relicapability are essential. Receptionist Responsibilities: » Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a warm and professional demeanor. » Answer and direct incoming calls, taking accurate messages when necessary. » Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times. » Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently. » Schedule and manage appointments and meetings. » Provide administrative support to various departments as needed. » Maintain a proficient and organized filing system.
