Sun River Health is a Federally Qualified, Non-Profit Health Center serving communities in Suffolk, Rockland, Orange, Dutchess, Ulster, Sullivan, Columbia and Westchester County. Sun River Health is currently seeking a full-time Procurement Analyst to join our Finance team in Peekskill, NY.Procurement Analyst will research and compare supplier products and service orders. Determine which vendors and products are most appropriate for operations. Responsible to follow standardized practices and or methods; leading, guiding, and/or coordinating while operating within a defined budget. » Maintain and track purchases to ensure accurate par levels are met at each site » Develop reports and compile data to analyze usage across sites. » Distribute purchasing reports and correspondences as well maintain meeting minutes. » Follows all purchasing/supply chain policies, procedures, guidelines, and instructions including those regarding the procurement of materials and deliveries. » Reviews orders (incoming requisition, past requisition, past purchases, reconciliations, inventories, etc.) for the purpose of ensuring completeness, budgeting and accuracy of purchasing processes. » Assist with evaluating vendors located on price, quality, availcapability, relicapability, and technical support. » Assist finance with various tasks that may not be directly linked to purchasing, such as AR and GL Reporting, etc. Minimum Work Related practice: 2-4 years Minimum suitable education Associate's Degree required, Bachelor's Degree preferred Preferred Specialized expertise & expertise: Bilingual in both English and Spanish (orally and written) Type of employment: Full-time income: $29.67 - $31.32 per hour Skills:
