The ideal applicant will have at least 3 years of significant work practice, be proficient in QuickBooks, and must be fluent with Microsoft Office and Google Suite. Job Responsibilities include: » Handling communications (telephone, mail, email) » Data entry in multiple formats and filing all business-related paperwork » Generate and receive purchase orders while coordinating with vendors/customers » Communicate with shipping companies for pickups and deliveries. » Manage workdlow by coordinating with other employees daily. » Managing website and social media content. » capability to create and edit flyers brochures, tech data and labels.
