Customer Account ManagerOur client located in Danbury has an immediate need for a Customer Account Manager . this job offer will require you to be in the office full time while training and will then transition to a hybrid schedule.The Customer Service Representative will work closely with team members to provide outstanding service to customers and maintain a positive client/vendor relationship by answering questions, handling complaints, and troubleshooting problems with the client’s products and services. The prosperous candidate must be able to handle a high volume of inbound or outbound calls and should seek to create a positive practice for each caller. Customer Account Manager General Requirements: » 2-3 years’ practice in a customer service function; e-commerce practice preferred » SAP/ERP practice is required » Manufacturing or Warehouse background a plus » Proficiency with computers, especially with ERP software, and strong typing skills » capability to present information effectively; written and verbally » availability to go above and beyond to ensure company and client expectations are exceeded » Must be able to prioritize and stay organized » Must be able to work in quick paced environment » Must be able to take direction and lgain new processes and systems Benefits once hired: » Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage » FSA/Dependent Care Account » Wellness Program – which has a cash incentive and an on site gym. » 401K – matches 100% of contribution up to 6% » Tuition Reimbursement » Paid Vacation, Sick/Personal, and Holidays » Company outings Customer Account Manager Job tasks: » Create and maintain service tickets for all customer interactions » Data entry and scheduling appointments » Processing leads for appointments and communicating with the sales team » Offer quick and concise solutions to rising problems » Meet all of customer’s expectations » Provide skills and expertise to all internal and external customers This is a full time, temp-to-hire position.
