Listing description To augment our dedicated full time faculty and respond to enrollment demands, we are currently seeking a qualified ADJUNCT FACULTY to teach School Counseling, Courses taught within the School Counseling curriculum are explained in further detail by clicking on the following link: https://www.strose.edu/academics/graduate-programs/courses/ CSL 506 - Counseling for College and Career Readiness CSL 508 - Practicum in School Counseling CSL 515 - Technology and Emerging Trends in School Counseling General Requirements: To qualify as an ADJUNCT FACULTY- Student Counseling, the prosperous applicant must possess: » Master's Degree in School Counseling with at least 4 years practice » Certification as a NYS School Counselor Additional Information: The College continuously recruits for candidates interested in Adjunct Faculty positions. Vacancies are determined on a semester by semester basis, and may or may not be available for the current academic semester. Compensation includes a competitive stipend, paid incrementally during the semester. After one semester of service, Adjunct Faculty are eligible for a 50% tuition scholarship (waiver) for undergraduate and/or graduate courses on a maximum of six credit hours per semester (not to exceed the value of three credit hours). Tuition waiver can be used during the semester in which the Adjunct teaches or during the following semester. Additionally, use of the College Fitness Center, Campus Store discounts, business partners discounts and the eligibility to make contributions to a Supplemental Retirement Account with TIAA.
