Benefits/Perks: » Includes accrued vacation days, sick days, and holidays. » Participation in 403 (b) » Voluntary Benefits: Short Term Discapability, Life Insurance, Cancer Insurance, Pet Insurance » Discounted membership: Plum Benefits » Pay for work-related eligible commuter expenses with pre-tax dollars Responsibilities Responsibilities: Under the supervision of the Food Service Director/manager, the foodservice aide works in conjunction with the cooks in preparing resident meal trays and special dietary requirements, along with serving food to residents, visitors, or staff. » Prepares menu items and delivers trays to residents in floor dining room areas and to those who do not come to the dining room, ensuring their proper diets are administered appropriately. » Responsible for maintaining cleanliness, setting up and clearing dining room tables and serving carts. » Observes residents and reports complaints, problems, or anything out of the ordinary to manager. » Assists in receiving and storing incoming food and supplies. Reports food and equipment needs to Chef/Manager. » Communicates and cooperates with staff, residents, and their families. » Complies with long-term care regulations and written dietary procedures and policies. Qualifications Qualifications required » 1 year practice in food services or customer service suitable education » High School Diploma/GED income $16.5167 per hour Skills:
