We are currently seeking a Sales Support professional to contribute to our retail sales operations in Milton, NY. If you are a confident communicator with a passion for the cannabis industry, this is an exciting opportunity for you. Sales Support Qualifications required » Previous practice in sales support or a related function is preferred. » Confident and effective communication expertise. » capability to analyze and interpret data. » Detail-oriented with excellent organizational expertise. » Familiarity with the cannabis industry is a plus, but not required. Sales Support Responsibilities: » Provide quotes for client orders received through email or phone inquiries. » Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure product availcapability for timely shipping. » Communicate anticipated lead times to customers in the event of product back-orders. » Propose alternative products that are readily available in cases of stock shortages. » Maintain proactive communication with clients, providing updates on order status, delivery estimates, and any potential delays.
